What glue do you recommend to use when gluing earring posts on to Acrylic/Wood?

We recommend using E6000 glue as it has exceptional strong adhesion and is easy to use.

What is your current order turn around time?

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 business days, this includes custom orders.

I like your design, but I would like it in a different colour, are you able to do this?

Yes absolutely. If we have the material in stock, we can cut any of designs in any colour. If we don't have it in stock, we can look into ordering the colour you are needing.

I like your design, but I would like it bigger/smaller, are you able to do this?

Yes, absolutely. We can customise any of our designs to meet your specific needs.

Can I add extra holes/remove holes from your designs?

You sure can. All of our toppers can be ordered, with or without hole. Or if there are any other designs that you would like to add/remove or even move the hole, we can do this for you.

Can I use your product photos for my website/social media?

Any content displayed on our website, Etsy page, or any social media platform remains the property of A Krafty Avenue. This includes any videos or images, as well as any written content.

Directly using any of our content without expressed written permission from A Krafty Avenue may result in legal action being taken.

How much is shipping?

We currently use Australia Post for all orders. Regular post is $8.00 Australia wide and Express post is $11.00.

I have placed an order, however I would like to add more to my order, can you combine orders?

Of course, if we have not yet processed your order, we can combine your orders and refund the second postage fee.

Why is there a paper coating on the acrylic?

We apply a protective coating to help protect the acrylic during cutting. It can also help prevent scratches/damage to the pieces during transit.

What is the best/easiest way to remove the protective coating from each piece?

There are a number of ways you can remove the protective coating and often comes down to personal preference. You can use tweezers or gorilla tape. However you chose to do this, you need to be careful not to scratch the surface of the acrylic.

I have created my own design files, can you cut my own designs?

We sure can. We would love to help you bring your designs to life. You can email your files (preferably SVG) to us and we can cut these for you.

Do you have a MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

Yes, however they are really small. We require a minimum order of 10 pcs (5 pairs) for studs sizes (less than 25mm) per colour, per design and minimum 6 pcs (3 pairs) for dangles (25mm of larger) per colour, per design. For larger custom items (over 50mm), MOQ can be negotiated.

Will you cut licensed designs (eg, Disney/Barbie etc)?

No sorry, we will not cut licensed or trademarked designs.

Can you replicate this unique design I like?

No sorry. We will not replicate other people's designs. We have a large range of files/designs available and are happy to help you create your own designs.

What file type is best for custom orders?

SVG files are preferred.
