Shipping policy

Shipping is provided by Australia Post.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $8 flat rate Standard shipping Australia Wide or $11 flat rate for Express Shipping Australia Wide. Please note, choosing Express Postage does not prioritise the packing of your order, it solely increases the speed of delivery by Australia Post.

We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $150.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping World Wide.

International Shipping is a flat rate of $24AUD. Please allow 6-27 days for all international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. A Krafty Avenue is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

USA Customers

We’re happy to let you know that shipping to the USA is now back open! 🎉

Due to recent US tariff changes, import duties and taxes are now charged on all orders shipping to the United States. These fees are automatically calculated and added at checkout, so there will be no surprise bills when your parcel arrives.

Your order will ship with Australia Post and all customs paperwork will be handled for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@akraftyavenue.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
